Payment
We accept personal checks and all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and Discover. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH.

 

Item Status
We will be glad to check the status of an item by the item number found in the top right corner of the tag, under the date received. Please email us at sales@upscaleresale.com to check the status of an item. Unfortunately, we cannot check the status of items without this item number.

Storage Policy
You have one day of free storage and four days of paid storage available from the date of purchase. Items not picked up by close of business the day after purchase date will incur the following charges per ticketed item: Day 1: $10, Day 2: $40, Day 3: $90 and Day 4: Item(s) will be returned to sales floor less all accrued storage fees and a 10% restocking fee.

 

Return Policy
You may return items within 5 days of purchase for a full refund, less a restocking fee. The restocking fee is 10% of the pre-tax selling price. (NOTE: This means date of purchase, not the date you receive the items). This refund policy does not apply if items are damaged, soiled or broken after purchase. There are no refunds after 5 days under any circumstances. Refunds of items purchased by check will be refunded with a check within 7-10 business days.

 

Loading Policy
We will be happy to bring your purchase outside to our loading zone by the front door. However, we will not assist in loading the items into your car. Please bring someone to help you or arrange for Rugby Movers to delivery it to your home. We do not provide packing materials such as boxes, wrapping paper or furniture pads/blankets.
